Season 0

The first season is for rating only.

What Season 0 is

Season 0 ranks players by rating. Ranked matches move your rating up or down; every account starts at 900BY DESIGN. Rating is a ranking, not a gate: practice matches and replays stay open to everyone whatever their rating.

Season 0 starts before the WYRD token is live, and the game program refuses every claim until it is. Season 0 matches add nothing that can be claimed later: they change your rating and nothing else.

What Season 0 is not

Rating and progress in Season 0 come with no promise of conversion into WYRD, into any other token, or into anything else of value.

Do not play Season 0, or buy anything, expecting it to pay out later. If a later season ever adds rewards, its own rules will be published before it starts and will say exactly what counts; nothing from Season 0 is promised to carry over.

  • When Season 0 ends and how long later seasons last.
  • When ranked matches open. Practice matches against the computer do not change your rating.
  • Creature and card numbers. They are draft values and may change during Season 0.
